If your item is eligible for a return, you will be able to raise the return request through the order history page in your Tech-Tok account, and our team shall contact you within 24 hours for claim validation and to help you through the process.
Sometimes we do run out of stock even of the most popular items . We will always either notify you online if a product is out of stock or remove it completely if it is discontinued and will no longer be in stock.
