Return’s/Cancellation’s

You can cancel your order within 24 hours and prior to taking delivery; refunds will be made back to the payment solution you used initially. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

You have 3 calendar days to return a product from the date you received it, all products are eligible for return, if not stated otherwise on product page. Some product might not be eligible for returns due to the nature of the product , these might include assembled PC, personalized/customized items and bundles ( as some components needed to be unboxed to be used in the device assembly, added to the bundle or to your customized order))

To be eligible for a return :

• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging, sealed, and unopened.
• If the product has been used, or the product’s original box was opened, or the original seal was removed, we will decline the refund and return the product back to you unless there is a manufacturing defect
• If the product is not working due to a manufacturing defect, the original box, information booklet, and all other accessories must be returned too.

A 20% handling and shipping fee will apply on any returns, unless the product has a manufacturing defect.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. For an item to be approved of refund they must fit one of the following requirements:

The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
The product is defective.
The product was damaged in shipping.
The product is tampered with.

If your return/cancellation is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) within 10 to 45 days.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Minimum age

Note for all purchases on this site you are required to be a minimum age of 18 years old.
